Returns & Exchange

We hope you’re delighted with your order.  However, if you’re not perfectly satisfied please see returns information below.

You may return your purchase within 14 days of receipt for an refund or exchange. The item must be returned in perfect condition and in original packaging. Please note that due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept the return of earrings.We do no refund or exchange custom pieces.

Please send us an email and let us know why you are returning the goods, we shall then issue a returns code. We strongly recommend that you send your order back to us recorded delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and we are not responsible for the shipping costs of any returns and exchanges.

We shall contact you once the return has been received,  and you will then be refunded for the returned item and the original delivery charge.
