The cost of delivery is shown at checkout.  We are not responsible for any fees or taxes chargeable on import. We use FedEx Insured Express Delivery to deliver orders. You will receive an email including the tracking number when your order is dispatched. You can use this number to track your order on the website of FedEx (www.fedex.com).

FedEx ships to over 220 countries and territories around the world. If your country is not listed, please send us an email and we will organise the delivery for you.

Estimated International delivery time for personalised products: 3-4 weeks.

Changing Delivery Address

If your order has not been dispatched yet, we will be able to modify your delivery address. Unfortunately, once your order has been dispatched, you will need to contact FedEx or DHL directly in your country.
